How to change Joomla Page Title

While doing websites in Joomla, its a confusing stuff to change the page titles or page title structure.

So,here is a clear documentation;

• Joomla Title Structure is done in the core as SITE NAME - PAGE TITLE. SITE NAME variable is defined in the Admin Panel > Global Configuration. Check the picture below,
  
• PAGE TITLE variable is defined at Menu Manager > Your Menu > Your Menu Item > Edit > System Parameter > Page Title. Check the picture below,
  
• So, thats it! All you have to do is Edit those paramters to what you want. Just keep the SITE NAME as your website main title name and then keep changing PAGE TITLES for the pages, you want. Lets say, your site title is FLORIDA WEIGHT LOSS ACADEMY and one your website page is CLIENT TESTIMONIALS . So,you need the website title to appear like CLIENT TESTIMONIALS - FLORIDA WEIGHT LOSS ACADEMY or whatever. All you need to do is enter FLORIDA WEIGHT LOSS ACADEMY in the Site Name parameter and enter CLIENT TESTIMONIALS in the Page Title in the respective menu item. Thats all! I don't get this, I cant find the system parameters for this menu item, the screen shots dont add up ???
